Welcome to Brook Barn Pet Friendly Bed & Breakfast in West Sussex. Our B&B is in the picturesque Downland village of Graffham in West Sussex, close to Midhurst, Petworth and Chichester.

Brook Barn is a dogs allowed holiday in Sussex that offers comfortable accommodation, beautiful grounds and is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with panoramic views of the South Downs. From our two acre garden you can walk directly into bluebell woodland and explore a network of footpaths and bridleways which connect to the South Downs Way. Graffham lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park. It is convenient for Goodwood, Cowdray Park and Chichester. Whether you are travelling by car, on foot, or on horseback, Brook Barn B&B makes an excellent base from which to explore West Sussex. The coast is less than an hour away. Children are welcome at Brook Barn. We are also pet friendly – dogs welcome by arrangement. And we can arrange accommodation for horses if you are planning a riding holiday in the Graffham area. There is a village shop and two excellent pubs which serve evening meals. Both are within easy walking distance.

Accommodation

The spacious double bedroom at Brook Barn is on the ground floor. A door leads to a conservatory from where you can walk out into our garden and the woods beyond.

The room has an ensuite bathroom. Colour television and tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon cup of tea beneath the grapevines in your private conservatory. We have a large library of books and there is free wifi if you need internet access.

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room. Your hostess Clara Jollands is a Cordon Bleu cook, so be prepared for a treat - whether you choose a Continental or Full English Breakfast.

Additional beds can be provided in the room if you decide to bring the family.
